Biography
The name Dathralorn means “doomstrike”. His family had carried it for thousands of years without opening it.He was the wrong kind of kaldorei from the start — too large, too blunt, too unpersuaded by the roads laid out for men of his kind. Druidism never called to him. The Sentinels would not have him. He cut stone for fifteen centuries along the Ashenvale ridges, took militia work between seasons, and did both with the particular thoroughness of a man who has no interest in being acknowledged and every interest in being useful. He noticed who was and wasn't included in the kaldorei idea of valor. He noticed quietly and permanently, the way stone notices pressure. His brother Kelrius was a druid. He slept at Hyjal. When Archimonde's forces came through, they did not distinguish between sacred ground and any other kind. There is no clean account of what that loss did to him, because it did not operate cleanly. It confirmed something already forming: that the institutions certain of their own rightness had never earned the certainty they demanded. He put his tools down and walked east without telling anyone. He crossed two continents and a broken world alone, reached the Black Temple, consumed a Fel Lord, and had his eyes put out and replaced with something that reads truth better than vision did. He does not consider this a loss.Illidan built something real. The world killed it. Maiev had cages ready when the Illidari came back from Mardum. Six years. He does not speak of them.In Year 43, Ilthar Dathralorn is sixteen centuries old and for the first time in most of them, he wants something he cannot quarry his way into having. He is patient. He is not in a hurry. He will not reach for what has not been offered. But he has chosen, and when he chooses, he does not revisit it.

Author's Note
I focus on long-term, story-driven roleplay built through collaboration, steady worldbuilding, and meaningful character development. I enjoy layered narratives (adventure, intrigue, atmospheric moments, and the occasional challenge) woven together with intent. I'm comfortable writing both in-game (short to medium, pace-conscious emotes) and on Discord (medium to longer posts when scenes call for it).A few boundaries I’d like to highlight before any RP interaction:
• I value mutual trust, clear communication, and genuine collaborative respect.
• I expect private interactions (both IC and OOC) to remain private and not be shared without consent.
• I write within canon only — I don’t engage with non-canon or alternate-universe settings.
• My characters are my own. Please don't use them without my knowledge or consent, including in artwork.
• If you’d like to gift me something, please keep it tasteful and respectful.
